Which desert safari should I choose?＋
Choose a morning safari for a shorter adventure, an evening safari for sunset and dinner, or an overnight experience to stay beyond the evening. Private options suit groups who prefer their own vehicle.
Is hotel pickup available in Dubai?＋
Doorstep pickup and return are available from Dubai hotels and residences. Meet at the lobby, building entrance or nearest safe vehicle-access point. Share your full address; the exact pickup window is confirmed before travel. Pickup outside Dubai is quoted separately. Marina cruise transfers are an optional extra.
Are quad bikes included?＋
The Safari + Quad package includes 30 minutes of quad riding. On other eligible safari packages, a 30-minute ride starts at AED 150 per rider. Rider requirements and the riding area are confirmed before booking.
Can I book for children or a family?＋
Yes, tell us the ages of all children and any special requirements. The team will help choose a suitable itinerary and confirm child pricing and transport arrangements.
What should I wear and bring?＋
Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes for activities. Bring sun protection and a light layer for the evening. Keep your belongings secure during dune driving.
How are payment and cancellation handled?＋
Standard tours: cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup or departure time for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Separately booked attraction tickets, private charters and special-event bookings may have different terms, shown before booking.
