Your booking

Submitting the form is your request to book. Our team checks availability, the itinerary, pickup and the full price, then emails your booking confirmation. No second confirmation form is needed. For custom packages or changes to the price or itinerary, we first get your agreement by email or WhatsApp. Pay on the spot. No online payment is required.

Doorstep pickup

Doorstep pickup and return are available from Dubai hotels and residences. Meet at the lobby, building entrance or nearest safe vehicle-access point. Share your full address; the exact pickup window is confirmed before travel. Pickup outside Dubai is quoted separately. Marina cruise transfers are an optional extra.

Dubai transfers are included in the listed safari, city and Hatta sightseeing packages. The Marina dhow cruise starting rate is for direct boarding; request a doorstep transfer and we will quote it before you book. Be ready at the confirmed time and keep your contact number available.

Activities and inclusions

Your selected package page lists the included activities and optional extras. Timing is approximate and may change with traffic, weather, access restrictions or the camp programme. Sightseeing and exterior photo stops do not include entry tickets unless expressly listed.

Prices and extra charges

All displayed prices are starting rates in AED. Applicable taxes, child rates, pickup outside Dubai and requested upgrades are itemised in the written quote before booking. We do not add optional activities without your agreement.

A 30-minute quad-bike add-on starts at AED 150 per rider on eligible safari packages. The Safari + Quad package already includes a 30-minute ride; an extra 30 minutes starts at AED 80 per rider. Availability, riding area and rider requirements are confirmed before booking. Buggy rides and attraction tickets are quoted separately.

Cancellation and refunds

Standard tours: cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup or departure time for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Separately booked attraction tickets, private charters and special-event bookings may have different terms, shown before booking.

Cut-off times use Dubai local time (UTC+4). Send cancellation requests with your booking reference to booking@dreamtourismllc.com or our WhatsApp contact. Keep a copy of the message. If a refund is due for an amount already paid, the team confirms the refund method and processing timing.

Date changes and operator cancellations

Request a date change at least 24 hours in advance. Changes depend on availability and any price difference or ticket restrictions will be explained before you agree. If we cancel your tour, you can choose a rescheduled departure or a refund for the cancelled service.

Families and activity participation

Dune bashing has a minimum age of 8. Guests may skip dune bashing by arranging the transfer route with us before travel. Seat belts must be worn and the safety briefing followed. Tell us children's ages and any seating or accessibility needs before booking. Quad and buggy riders must meet the operator's requirements; participation is not guaranteed by selecting a package.
